Was anyone else served pumpkin cheesecake with the burned crust on 11/14/18? I attempted to alert them via the "Contact Us" on their website, but it must not be active. I took my serving home, did not open the take-home box till late evening. Yuck!

I am sure if you call them today, they will help you if you explain what happened.
